Description

Climbs a slab to an obvious sharp arete on the far right side of the roof area. The first crux is getting off the slab and established on the arete. The climbing eases significantly but remains pumpy until two bolts below the anchors. A final 12a challenge guards the anchors.

Location

Right most route in the roof area. Obvious sharp arete

Protection

20 bolts to chain anchors

Just a few more notes; the initial slab was kind of sketchy but then the arete was super cool. There are a number of lose blocks on this climb, one of which is in the middle of the arete. The next 80 ft is like mid 5.10. Once you have a load of rope drag from the past 18 bolts it's time make 15-20 ft of 5.12 again! Overall, it's absolutely great! Jul 29, 2018
