Soul Grind sit starts from a pair of juggy crimps and then climbs straight up the overhang to a solid topout.

The crux involves a right hand static slap to the sloped lip, which then sets up a left hand throw to the positive lip out left. The movement is fun but is also quite contrived.

Soul Grind is on the west-face of Bass Rhythm Rock, the problem climbs between Master At Arms and Battle Of The Bulge.

Pad and a spot, great landing though.
