Access Issue: Red Rock RAIN AND WET ROCK: The sandstone is fragile and is very easily damaged when wet. Details

Begin about 10 feet right of Crack, above a scrub oak bush. Climb a seam and ledges angling up and left. There is no hanger on the third bolt; overall, the bolts are not in the best condition.

5th route from the left.

(3) #00, (1) #0, (1) #4 Friends, #5 and #6 Rocks. 3 bolts

Hard at 11+, at least for shorty me. A hard sequence off of a hand jam leads to a no hands rest, then three bolts of ever steepening pump. Jan 12, 2014
