DescriptionPlanet Ron is a short sport route consisting of a delicate crux sequence that leads a grin-inducing layback crack. As I climb it the route may be height dependent but with a little innovation other sequences can likely be found.
The name Planet Ron cracks me up and leads to all sorts of terrible puns. For example: 'I just crashed on Planet Ron'.
LocationThe rightmost route on the west wall of the Saguaro Corners area.
Like all routes in this area, it is approached by scrambling up to a platform. A belay bolt is accessible but unnecessary. I usually rappel to descend before pulling the rope.
