Closures for Peregrine Falcon Protection Details

Description

A quite unique route. A wild move down low to a swing left around a roof. Then a good ledge for a rest. The left slanting crack that follows isn't too bad. Another good rest is above. The last 25 feet are steep and intimidating.

Location

The route is easily located once you find the Jungle Gym. Rappel the route.
We did this in mid October. One area on the approach had all the trees covered in Monarch butterflies. Thousands!

Protection

Standard rack to 4". Maybe bring one extra orange alien size.

Couldn't figure out how to enter the off width without using the tree... Killer route though. Steep jug haul section up top was moneyyyy. Oct 9, 2016

Little bit of a sandbag even if you DO use the tree. Blue-collar 10d I would say. Probably the best route at the crag, the overhang at the end is rad. Aug 9, 2016
