[Hide Comment] This route doesn't seem to have much traffic. When leading, I spent more time cleaning broken rock and sand than climbing. If I lived here, I would go do some trail and route maintenance. If I get a chance to go back out there with some tools before heading back to Tahoe, I will update this info. Also, make sure to bring pro for the top. The carabiners attached to the chains are full of sand and don't open well, I wouldn't bet on them functioning next time. Dec 29, 2017

[Hide Comment] Fun route, just needs more traffic. Brush it on the way down for the next person. Jun 20, 2020

[Hide Comment] The path leading to the route is not well maintained and needs improvement, same for the base of the route (not comfortable for the belayer). The first few bolts are traversing, you feel exposed immediately, since you're pretty high above the river, and it's sort of sandy, so it feels a little heads-up, but it was fun and long, an adventurous climb, well worth doing.
