Description
Several easier problems are on the backside of the James Brown Boulder. I believe it is technically called the Big Wild Boulder, and it has a huge overhanging face that is about 8-10 feet tall. It has grassy top-outs!
The Chick Problem starts on a low blocky hold and moves along a seam to the top-out.
A better topo can be found here: independencebouldering.com/….
Per Pete F: sit down, and start on a low, juggy rail. Climb up and right along a seam to a crux before the lip involving a couple of odd, sloping pinches.
Eds. this is a combination of two submissions made into one to avoid duplication.
Location
Approaching the James Brown Boulder from the main trail head to the leftside of the first massive boulder you run into. It is hidden back in there.
Per Pete F: this is on the South side of Big Wild Boulder, toward the right side of the south face.
