Description

Valentine shares the first thread with the route Alone (to the right). Head straight up in the middle of the wall on near vertical terrain up pocketed limestone, bearing slightly right to the anchor.

Location

From the beach, follow Muai Thai wall up and right around the corner (about 20m), into the jungle, on a root-ridden trail. "Valentine" is the 3rd route from the left (NOT including route #13 in King's new 2011 guidebook "Deborah" (with old bolts). Valentine is located in the middle of the curved wall, in between Hello Christine and Alone. This wall is a shady reprieve from the beach-side heat.

Protection

The route is protected with 4 threads and 2 Titanium bolts. 2 bolt anchor.
