Closed to climbing, Feb 1 - Aug 31 Details
This area is closed between February 1 and August 31 for nesting peregrine falcons.
DescriptionClimbs left arete and left side of face to the left ledge of the two ledges seperated by the 1.5' wide rock piller then tops out. Be careful of the cactus growing from one of the the mini-ledges. We left it in but you can clean it if you really feel the need.
LocationTake trail to Barnum Rock (West face). When the trail meets the cliff go right. Follow trail past the routes (the last being Pizz Whiz) and follow the trail/clear ground down and right. There are some BIG fallen trees that you would need to climb over if you were to continue east past the boulder.
