Description

Climb the tall arete faceing the road. Lots of options(or eliminates I guess)depending on you reach. No matter how you do it, its a solid V0.

Location

The most prominant feature on this bouler, ya cant miss it.

Protection

Crash pad, spot.

This line, along with the two lines next to it on the left all run about V0. All of them have good holds throughout.

Update June 2017, tree, bush, what ever it is next to the arete covers a little part of the route and bee's love pollinating it. So some friends will be next to ya. Also you can't walk straight up to the boulder unless you feel like getting slapped in the face with poison oak. Climb up the smaller boulder and then mob down the other side to gain the face. Also pretty overgrown in the back by the V3's. If you want to bring a machete go for it, but I wouldn't waste my time. I like the spot a little overgrown. Keeps the crowds away. Even though it's not a destination crag. Nice place to chief and have a little solo session. Feb 28, 2017

Davi...Great route name. Hmm....I'm not trying to be obnoxious, but the text for The Captain's Corner really requires editing. Check out these problems in the first four brief lines of text. The MP sites comes with spell check, just go with it. IMHO.
