Cobra Commander

V10-11 R, Boulder, 20 ft (6 m),  Avg: 3.7 from 3 votes
FA: Chris Schulte
Colorado > Independence Pass > Grottos Day Use… > Ice Caves

Description

This is a really awesome, cobra's-hood feature on great granite. It shares a start with Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, but cut up and left into the guts of the hood via polished pinches and slopers. It has a very high and committing topout follows the mantle onto the cobra head.

Location

This is 5' left of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.

Protection

Many Mondo Pads.

[Hide Comment] I would say if you are under 6 feet, the chimney topout is legit. It’s pretty dangerous to be hucking for crimps in that narrow slot up high, but to each their own. I think it makes for a better problem altogether. Jun 11, 2021
