The crux is at the top. It has good moves and is a great place to introduce noobs to the sport. If you are a 5.7 leader, you will step up your game for this one.

Start 20 feet left of Black Beauty.

This is another route that is notably harder for short people. It gets pretty runout between bolts 3 and 4, as the route starts to get pretty vertical, and so that section was almost more daunting than between bolts 4 and 5 when the route goes slightly past vertical. May 10, 2014

[Hide Comment] You'll climb over poison ivy to get onto the climb, and high on it, you'll encounter a vertical crux off crimpers, a high-step, and a throw for a small hold. Apparently at this crag that's 5.7. At the anchor, you'll encounter Mussy hooks up on top back from the edge, perfect for flaying your rope. Enjoy! Aug 8, 2023
