Description
Start at the top left of the sandy gully at a root system of a large pine tree high overhead. Climb up and over the roots into a chimney, up through the chimney stepping out onto the top of the right (south) side of Pillar #2.
This is a popular descent route for all three (3) of the pillars. It is easily accessible and offers security for the novice descender as well as a quick path down for the more skilled.
Caution: There is some really loose looking stuff on this route. A simple word of caution, so be careful.
