Description

Amazing exposure up a pillar with good protection and decent quality rock. 15 bolts and a few long slings to help with rope drag.

Location

Look up at Picnic Table Rock and find the obvious Pillar up high. It starts at the bottom of the chimney and then traverses left onto the pillar climbing the arete.

Protection

15 bolts and a few long slings to help with rope drag.

One of the only routes in recent memory that I actually laughed while climbing because it was so much fun. Definitely type 1 fun the whole way. Stop reading and climb it! Sep 19, 2013
Watch out for the Great Horned Owl in the chimney... Apr 7, 2015

Helps to place an alpine draw where you leave the chimney and move onto the face to reduce rope drag. Beautiful Climb! Apr 21, 2018

Amazing route! I didn't think there was a 5.10 move on it, maybe because I am tall...? Sep 16, 2018
