Description

Easiest route on Mt Baker. From the trail head head follow the trail though Schriebers Meadow heading west. When you cross the creek at 3600ft, turn N. towards Railroad Grade Ridge. Follow this as you gain elevation above the tree line. Until around 8000-9000ft when you take off towards the Easton glacier. Follow the sloped glacier towards the summit avoiding crevasses.

Location

Head north from Seattle towards Burlington. Get on Highway 20, turn north on the Baker Lake turn off. Follow that for about 5 miles then turn left and follow the signs for the snow park. Park at the trail head lot. Forest service pass required.

Protection

Basic glacier travel gear.
