Description

One of the better 5.9s in the canyon. Climb just to the right of the big overhang. A few tricky moves to get on top of the overhang, but after that it's a breeze. There are many cool/different features on this climb. Make sure you are rappelling down the right side of the climb if you are using one rope.

Location

Right side of the big overhang. There is a massive pile of bat guano to the left of the first bolt.

Protection

7 Bolts, chain anchors

Fun climb, just a bit sketch after the second bolt... Not too difficult, but that 12 feet to the next bolt with the ledge down below you makes you watch every move. Fun climb though, just watch out for bat Guano! Sep 10, 2012

Fun route. Airy and exposed at the top. Good foot and hand holds throughout. Highly recommended. Two sets of anchors. Second set is reached after clipping two more bolts pass the first set. Rappel or lower from the second set of anchors with a 70m rope. Sep 14, 2015
