Description Suggest change

The climbing is varied, on absolutely impeccable rock from start to finish. It is an absolute gem of a route, with a very consistent, moderate level of difficulty.

The route has 7 pitches, primarily in the 5b range, with two short sections of 5c/6a climbing. A good topo for the route can be found in the plaisir-ost guidebook.

Location Suggest change

The name of the route is painted at the base of the climb, on the soutwest face of the Lochberg.

Descent is by abseil. From the end of the final pitch, scramble a short distance to the right to the abseilpiste.

Protection Suggest change

The route has been re-equipped not so long ago and is now well protected – at most, a few assorted pieces could be put to use to complement the existing gear. Double ropes are needed for the descent.
