Description
The rock is on the hill side just south of Strawberry Mansion Bridge. It features multiple diagonal shelves and deep roofs. It is well concealed, heavily guarded by poison ivy and despite its proximity to the Schuylkill River Path offers some center city solitude. Much like "Stone Age in America" the crop is on the East side of Kelly drive and not frequently trafficked.
Location
Just South of where the Strawberry Mansion bridge crosses Kelly drive is a boat ramp and parking area. Park there. From the middle entrance to the parking lot, cross kelly drive and scramble up the hill. The rock lies half way up the hillside.

Rock is rarely used. Covered in cobwebs and broken beer bottles litter the ground. Also ground under rock is on a severe hill, so crash pads are little protection. Would like to get a clean up crew together in spring to make the rock a better option. Contact me if interested. Oct 11, 2013
