vertical fingertip splitter on the parking garage at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It's building, its wacky but its a climb.
From the top of philadelphia's most famous stairs walk around the Art museum to the northwest side. From there continue NW down a grassy hill as if approaching the Loyd Hall parking lot. Just before reaching the traffic circle/fountain in the parking area will be the parking garage to the right. The North and Northwest aspects have about 5 cracks to climb.
