Fat-security-dupe will peak around the corner soon after your partner has begun to second and clean gear. At this point every member of the party is obligated to stay still and make no noise. Once hes gone, continue climbing as usual.
Location: Between South and Locust (Park behind UPenn football field and cross footbridge to baseball fields, you will walk underneath the Railroad Tiers before you reach the fields)
(On the southern side of the support directly across from the baseball field, begin climbing left corner of support. Climb unprotected 30 and girth-hitch iron bars. Ascend to iron tracks and climb inverted out on bridge I-beams, hitching for protection. Belay station is built 35 out. Have your partner clean gear, smoke, then rappel from fixed station.
