Description

Fun moves to good pockets and a bunch of small crimps. The route is overhung and gets pretty pumpy.

There are a few pockets have epoxy on/in them that make them a bit slick when you use them as a foot.

Im going to replace the chain and beanier on the third bolt next time Im out there. The gate on the current beanier is a pain to open and does NOT close. Mar 18, 2011

This route, though lacking chalk, is doable, has great body position and more cruxy than its neighbor, to the left. Chalk it up, use the crack/shallow arete and Go! Jan 12, 2017

Great route and definitely underplayed in comparison to Desert Devil. For the boulders out there I think this route will be your jam. Dynamic moves and compression with semi rest between cruxes . For the grade it feels as hard as DD albeit in a different way.

Red point beta alert:

Extending the draw on the 3rd chain draw allows clipping before entering the true crux .
