Description

This is the steep route to the left of FIRESTARTER(the wall's classic). Very steep moves off the ground past the first 3 bolts are the crux. BURLY MOVES through the bulge! After that is fun 5.10 climbing...

[Hide Comment] We did a route left of Fire Starter (near the tree) we found to be something like 5.10a/b. We called it "Peter's Route" from a german friend who loved it. Oct 14, 2011

[Hide Comment] The 5.10 route to the left is called Up in Smoke according to the most recent guidebook.

Also, the guidebook mentions that one can traverse in from the 5.10 to the left to avoid the burly start, but beware of rope drag as it's a bit of a stretch. Mar 21, 2017
