Description
3rd pitch is the crux. It is very steep climbing on very sharp rock. Double ropes are recommended as a lead fall could possibly slice your rope in twain. The formation is a must climb, although the rock is very sharp. Show caution when climbing this very sharp beautiful spire.
Location
To the right of the mountain proper (drive past Wat Pasawanahong about 100 yards), you will see a beautiful spire that must be climbed. The route goes directly up this. To get to the the spire, you must climb a lower route in the "secret garden" area. Once on top of this first climb, you must walk/bushwhack to the base of the tower. Route ascends left/front side of spire. This portion is 2 pitches.
