Description

Route starts right of Bush Doctor & climbs the thin holds up the arete to a headwall. Good but hollow holds on headwall get you up to the anchor.

Location

Start at the arete just right of the middle of TMT. Walk off to get down. No chains or quick links on anchor.

Protection

8 bolts to a 2 bolt anchor.

Climbed this yesterday; not sure if the small bouts of rain we've been getting in the last couple of months have loosened holds up, but many of the flakes seem suspect on this route. The route has a few interesting moves on small feet and a fun, albeit very short, vertical section, but the rock quality made it nothing to write home about. Oct 20, 2015

this is a great route. definitely worth stopping by after topping out for the day. i climbed it clean because i am a great climber, but other people might have trouble figuring out some of the beta. i didn't. its got some crazy tweaky moves that are really a blast and the top is just a real pleasure. great work everyone Mar 24, 2012

I'm guessing this is another Worrall and Sean Shannon FA...In my opinion these routes on Tan Man Tower could all use some quicklinks for lowering/rappelling off. But since people have a history of stealing them out here maybe that's why there are none? Feb 17, 2011
