Description

Start sitting down and right of the Y-crack on good holds at the base of the seam (as for Straight Razor). Move your left hand to a small, painful micro-pocket, then unwind and move your right hand out to the arete and finish straight up on good holds. #9 on the beta photo.

The left hand pocket is shallow, but didn't feel terribly painful. Maybe a beneficial side effect of years of brushing? Definitely a quality problem, worthy of more attention. Mar 7, 2016
