Yosemite National Park has yearly closures for Peregrine Falcon Protection March 1- July 15. Always check the NPS website at nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/… for the most current details and park alerts, and to learn more about the peregrine falcon, and how closures help it survive. This page also shares closures and warnings due to current fires, smoke, etc.
Location
Right of Armed Knobbery. Start behind the right edge of the small brushy tree, head up 20' to a micro-thin flake - the first bolt is at the top of the flake at the left. The .75 cam can be used under a roof at the top of the route, and the RP can be used a few feet higher, but a new steep finish on the right (past a bolt) offers a fun alternative requiring only draws (unless you want a thin cam 10' off the ground).
Protection
9 bolts, optional small cams before first bolt and in the upper sections, bolted sport-lower-off anchor (best to extend past lip if top-roping). High first bolt is next to a thin flake (no pro); optional small cam 10' up but first bolt is about 25' up, so the thin cam only protects a few moves.
