Start on the ledge both hands with right foot on a solid ledge down near bushes. Move right hand to a Gaston sloper on right then move left hand to an under hang above start. Move feet, grab knob on right, set feet and reach around to a slope/crimp (mix) with right hand - located right where Quartz Crystal is in rock. Move left foot to quarter size knob and wrap right foot around for a solid foot hook (kinda mix between toe and using your leg). Now for the crux...

Move your left hand to a pinch hold (above right hand gaston). Make sure you use pinch on left and not sloper (shown in picture). Once there move right hand up to a solid hold, bring feet up, cross with left hand to a hold above right, then right hand to the top.

South side of Boulder A. Move around to south end of Boulder A and compare with picture.

Ryan, I am glad you are out bouldering and putting up new stuff. I was teasing Eric more than anything as he and I have done a ton of wandering around in the scrub oak climbing obscure crap.

The Sandia foothills have seen a fair bit of action over the years and often if a problem is easy and accessible, it has been done sometime in the past.

Grizzly Hands it is--looks fun. Dec 7, 2010

Haha haven't seen this posted anywhere so if you have it written down with a name and rating I'd be happy to edit it - not meaning to offend anyone. Sorry. Just wanted to start putting up more routes at the Manitoba trailhead since I only saw about 8 on here. Dec 7, 2010

Eric, this is totally how I remember you doing the problem in 1995; I wrote it down. Dec 3, 2010
If this is a joke, it is kind of funny. Dec 3, 2010
