"One of the best 5.9's in the canyon. Well protected" - from Maple Canyon Rock Climbing, 3rd edition.

This is the first (farthest left) route on the right side of the alcove in the back of the Trash Compactor.

About 5 bolts to a 2-chain anchor

A little dirty (mossy) at the top (Oct 2010), but it was a great route. The chains might be better placed a little lower, but maybe it wasn't so dirty when they were put there. A fun jug haul up a vertical wall on cobbles. The approach to Trash Compactor is part of the adventure. Oct 22, 2010

Great route. Awesome holds. A little overhung. Well bolted. In the shade in an awesome location. Can't get much better. A little short but oh well. Not very dirty anymore. A fair amount of spider webs to clean. May 25, 2014
