Description

Climb 5.5 climbing up to the headwall then 5.10 over the headwall in a corner, past one hangerless bolt and a 2nd bolt with hanger.

[April 2016 Admin. Note: as of 24APR16 the first bolt, which would protect a difficult move, remains without a hanger. (Anybody know why???..was it added after the FA???) Protection rating is thus "R/X". Bring a hanger, nut and wrench and the safety increases, although you'll still hit the flat, "ledge" a few feet below the crux. .

The climb can be TR'd from the Erosion Groove anchor, which is 15-20 ft above the crux move(s). R. Hall ]

Hanger still missing on the first bolt as of 8/30/17. Working through the crux pretty much sucks knowing your only piece of pro is a girth hitched stud. Think the route would be a lot more fun with the first bolt. Aug 30, 2017

The first bolt is a 3/8" stud with no hanger or bolt as of 10/10/10. This route appears to be a two move boulder problem set in the middle of 5.4 climbing. Oct 11, 2010
