Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures
Details
The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start on the right side of the chasm that separates the main Hemingway Buttress from the next section of cliff. Begin roughly opposite of Mind Over Splatter and about eight feet to the left of Puzzlin Evidence.
Climb past two bolts to a very suspect looking block. Layback around the block and climb to the top.
Protection
Two bolts and a couple of finger sized cams.
