This is the bolted route just left of "An Eye for An Eye." Crux is moving past the lip of the small roof at the beginning of the route.

[Hide Comment] This route was originally done without the last bolt.....I added the last bolt a few years later;....it was so run out at the top, I just couldn't see leaving it that way. Dave Evans led the top section;.....he was out of bolts, and wanted/needed one more at the top.....I got one for him, and was hiking up to the top to lower one to him;....when I got there, he was tired of waiting for me, and had already made the move without one. [Hide Comment] This route deserves an R rating. Getting to the overhang is serious. I found pulling over the overhang to be much harder than 11a. Bold runout climbing between sparsely placed bolts on gritty crumbling rock to the top. The thought of hand drilling this rig on lead is horrifying. An Evens masterpiece! Dec 23, 2025
