Description

A thin sequence down low leads to long powerful moves up high. Harder for shorter people. Three star movement and one star rock quality. Be careful in the spring.

Location

On the far right hand side of the buttress; last route on the right.

Protection

Five bolts to a two bolt anchor. One bolt is a fixed chain.

Providence does not have an established line that I would not reccomend.

Solid 5.10c/d (very height dependent). There's a fun v1-2 crimpy, technical problem around clip number 3 before a long ledge to traverse across. Then make some taller moves to stand up and move to some jugs. The crux that mostly depends on your height is near the finish. This is one of my favorite routes to climb. Enjoy! Oct 14, 2018
