In the 1970 Climbers and Hiker Guide, this route was named "Scuz" and given a rating of F10 because "this climb has never been done."

I remember pulling into that upper cubby hole in the early 1990s and finding chalk (I think I did a combination of Peanut Butter and this route) and thinking to myself "Only at Devils Lake could an undocumented route this obscure have chalk on it!" (Only today did I realize that it in fact was documented.) Aug 26, 2011
