Location

This is on J Wall just up the chossy rock on the left of J wall.

Protection

TR only. Two bolts are above the climb, and also there is a tree off which to anchor.

[Hide Comment] For a fun variation, start on the face just below and to the left of the paint line, then traverse out to the sloping nose-like feature then straight up. The move getting over the nose feels like a 10 for sure. Nov 24, 2010

[Hide Comment] I agree Tony,
I just sent this today. This is the way we thought the route started. It makes much more intuitive sense anyways. Just to start directly below the anchor (more or less) and go straight up. Definitely harder. Jul 19, 2014

[Hide Comment] I agree with the above comments and want to add that the main page for J Wall has a climb not yet listed on MP called 'Lurch Direct - 5.10'. I'm guessing that's what we climbed. The white painted sloper thing down low was my favorite part, I think I'll add the route. May 23, 2020
