Description

Step off a block to pass a horizontal crack and a bolt and mantle onto a sloping ledge. Clip a high bolt and then slither up the narrow rib to a slabby crux passing the last bolt.

Location

Right side of the south face and just right of Ground Control.

Protection

4 bolts, gear to 2", 2 bolt anchor/rap

One of the anchor bolts on this route has a fully rusted chain, and probably needs to be replaced soon. the other bolt hanger is bent almost flat. It is, however, in better shape than the anchor just to the left, which has a fully rusted chain on a loose bolt and another bent hanger. May 29, 2018
