A clearly defined vertical crack system that just begs you to scramble up!

The crux might be getting off the ground. Higher up you contend with an off-fingers sized crack, and footholds that disappear under little bulges.

This is on the south side of the "third buttress" (counting from the North).

Gear to 1.5".

After the first ten or fifteen feet you can get great gear at less-than-body-length intervals (even if you are very short).

Good consistent climbing, good movement, super straight forward access, one of the most surprising finds at the lake. Jun 29, 2013
The hard start bumped it down to 3 stars for me. It would be a good beginner lead with all that pro. Apr 13, 2011

There's a good 5.10 to the left of this climb using only face holds and neither crack to the left or right. Jul 13, 2010

You beat me to it! I came in to work early to look up the location of this, and you had already put it up. Nice little climb. Jul 12, 2010
