Description

Looks pretty short and silly but is actually quite fun. Start on the big chalked ledge, do a move or two out right, then slap up to the top and mantel. Fairly typical slopey mantel topout crux.

Location

Located on the Johnny Bigmouth boulder, left of the boulder's namesake route.

Protection

Crash pad if it's handy, or none.

Forest Weaver sent this thing first back in 2000, and was so excited that he accidentally dialed 911, thus the name Emergency Response. Think I got the 2nd or 3rd ascent shortly after. Apr 25, 2013
