Description

This route is a traverse that starts on a jug on the arete and makes hard moves moving left until the arete next to the road. There area few hardmoves but the crux comes at the end of the traverse with a precise move to a crappy triangle pinch. This move is by far the hardest move on the route and is awkward to get out of.

Once at the left arete climb it up big holds to top out.

Location

On EDCL Boulder on the right side this traverses just below the old spray paint. It starts standing on the stone wall and ends at the road side arete just right of the down climb.

Protection

Pad and spotter also be careful or traffic t the end.

after doing it today, going around the corner closest to the road is the most technical move and definitely V5+ Sep 8, 2013

Thanks for you input Mike! I think someone told me v6 once too, there is no way it is that hard though... I think this is a cool little route. May 14, 2013

yeah it's 4+/5ish I'd say. If I remember correctly I have been told it was V6 by some other locals... May 14, 2013

I am not sure what the grade to this is. I think it is somewhere between hard 4 and easy 5, it has felt really hard in the past when working it but I sent yesterday and it felt easier. Someone do it and chime in! Apr 9, 2013
