Fun easy warm up that is close to the refugio.

Location

from the refuge look down the hill and scope 2 crack systems about 80ft apart, this is la placa verde.

This route is the right of the two that could have been just one. The shorter one to the left is Chuchuwasi Power. If you climb the water groove between the two routes (which is the best rock) you could easily clip either line of bolts. This one is a full 100 feet / 30 meters so tie knots in the end of your rope. Rock quality on this route is worse than average for this wall, especially higher up. Oct 27, 2014

I edited the route length to 60ft. A compromise as this one is significantly shorter than the route to the right which is about the same grade and easily confused with the other. Feb 20, 2012
