The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

This is the bolted face route on the outside (North Side), or front side of the split boulder with Chute the Moon .
Location
This route is on the split boulder at the entrance to Johnson Canyon (Cove Canyon).
