Description [Suggest Change]

At most other crags this would be a 4 star route but when compared to the other route in the Grande Grotta I have to give it 3. This is a great warm-up route with easy climbing leading to some fun tufa stemming action. Don't forget to use your feet or the pump might sneak up on you.

Location [Suggest Change]

Monahiki Elia is located on the right side of the cave where the climbing is more vertical.

Protection [Suggest Change]

Bolts to a 2 bolt anchor (not sure how many).

A bit slick and stiff for the first burn, but a very nice warm up once you get it dialed Jan 18, 2018

Incredible intro to tufa climbing. Really weird, and three-dimensional. Use this to get used to the style nearby! May 4, 2018
