Description

Climb with ease up the short slab at the base of pac man, and locate a sidepull/undercling on the right face. Stand tall to the lip of the boulder, compress, locate a hold to match on, and surge up to a small crimp. Rock over with high feet and whatever you can get your mitts on.

Location

The same boulder as Pac-Man, which is to say it is located on the left end of the parking lot, to the left of the nemesis boulder. Porn Star climbs the right line of the boulder.

Protection

A crashpad or two. A spotter might be nice in case you choose to swing off the top holds instead of sending the boulder route.

[Hide Comment] Another really fun problem in this immediate area. I had the pleasure of bumping into Bill over near Boomerang and he told me the story of Porn Star (which isn't in Kemple's guide). This route was given its name after the non-flattering top out which happened to be filmed. Jul 10, 2011

[Hide Comment] This climb can be a bit scary. Probably easier to top out on the right side of this boulder, but there's no safe landing on that side. Its a steeper overhang and harder top out on the face, but a safe landing. Jun 27, 2014

[Hide Comment] When we were first working on this problem there was a posse from st mikes that included mike rouge and ethan peck (spelling). Mike was video'ing each go hoping to get the fa on tape (remember tapes?). Each rotation we got closer and closer to the top. Finally it was my go again and it was clear that if I didn't get the send that go, I wasn't going to get the FA. Half way up I was stuck to the arete with my arms up high, feet down low, and my ass stuck in place. Scared at the fall, tired from the attempts and too fa hungry to jump off, I huffed and puffed and humped my up the arete until i could gain the higher holds. After coming around Rouge showed me the video - which just showed my ass as seen from below humping its sorry way up the arete with the sound of my huffing and puffing like a wheezy old man all the way up. We named it porn star on the spot. Jun 15, 2015
