Description

Fun, juggy and straight-forward climbing that's well protected. It would make for a great second beginner lead after Pie In Your Eye.
Climb up and clip the first two bolts without much difficulty. The crux comes moving through the bulge around the third bolt. Enjoy more juggy, climbable terrain above that for three more bolts to the anchor.

Easier and more straight forward than A La Verga.

Location

Just a few feet right of A La Verga. The right-most route on the Cattle Call Wall.

Protection

6 bolts to a two-bolt anchor with lower off mussy hooks.

[Hide Comment] No, this is on the Cattle Call Wall and isn't on the topo photo that includes the Cattle Call and Roadside Attraction walls. Jun 5, 2010

[Hide Comment] It is possible to top-rope this route by scrambling around to the anchors from the right side (climber's right, that is). Jun 20, 2010

[Hide Comment] Slightly easier than the route just to its left and better protected at the bottom as well. Was one of my first leads outdoors and a great confidence booster to anyone just learning. May 12, 2016

[Hide Comment] Very safely bolted. Great intro to 5.9 climbing. A nice warm up for the harder climbs at Cattle Call. Aug 1, 2019
