Description

A decent 5.7, but not as cool as 9999. You might as well do it if you are there. The opening moves provide the grade; finish on a long, easy featured slab.

Location

Next to 9999 on the Waterfall Slab at the Southern Tip of the Smith Rock Group.

Protection

5 or 6 bolts and chains for anchors.

Get sporty on small face holds on the bolt line and then probably bail out to the right onto big fun holds past the first bolt. Expect plenty of manageable rope drag on the TR. Along with 9999, its enough fun to make the hike especially if you are with a few kids or a new climber or two. Apr 11, 2016

The first clip is the most exciting and like the description says, the first moves set the grade. Good for a 5.7 Apr 21, 2015
