A nice warm up for the area. Scramble up a few blocks to start the climb.

Location

Just right of Wishbone and Spring Chicken. There's a plaque at the base with the name and grade.

[Hide Comment] Warmed up on this yesterday (before getting on Wishbone next to it) and found the bolting a bit off for a 5.9. I'll go back and move some of the bolts to make the protection less ponderous (not sure when but I'll update the route info at that time). It's fine if you're warming up on it but for a 5.9 climber the protection would be unnecessarily thought provoking. Mar 9, 2017

[Hide Comment] I can't believe I waited until yesterday to try this, it's a blast. The stemming at bottom is fun (almost every move I said to myself, "wtf do I do here", followed a second later by a, "oh, that's cool"), and the moves at the top are just hard enough to say it's a 5.9 (vs a 5.8). I'm out pretty out of shape and had zero pump at the top, but I could see a 5.9 leader having some panic attacks if he hasn't practiced a lot of friction stemming. Nov 7, 2022
