Description

Sleestak is a diamond in the rough at HCR. It shares the dihedral with Whiskey River for the start, but at the second bolt, make a hard move right out onto the face. Continue on up the slight overhang to the base of the big roof. Move out to the lip through the sloper crux.

Protection

9 bolts (2 shared with Whiskey River) plus anchors.

[Hide Comment] Maybe it was due to the amount of dirt and cobwebs I was battling, but this thing felt hard. Oh, it also could've been the lower 90s air temps! Fun route though. Sep 20, 2010

[Hide Comment] This route is rad! If someone took the time to clean it up a bit, it would be 4 stars for sure. Thoughtful climbing the whole way leads to a stout sloper crux pulling the roof. Mar 13, 2024
