RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

Description

(a.k.a Hueco Route) A short and slabby ultra thin line that splits some very interesting varnished hueco features.
Looks like a crack but climbs like a face.

Location

Stiletto is located on the furthest south end of the crag, just around the corner of a subtle prow.
The obvious, short, thin thing splitting the hueco'd section of wall

Protection

A selection of small to medium stoppers, micro cams and ball nuts

I found this to be an interesting climb as it protects almost entirely with passive gear, a true desert anomaly. Mar 22, 2010
