Description

Start as for Who Needs Feet, but instead of following the slopers up to the top out midway across the face, stay low and continue traversing right with a crux cross-through using the crystally, sloping, painful fingerlock. Top out on good holds at the corner of the boulder.

Location

On the same boulder as Who Needs Feet.

Protection

Pads, tape, and a spot.

I feel that as long as you tape up your right pointer finger for the fingerlock, this climb isn't really painful. I love figuring out intricate beta and this one was quite the puzzle. Jan 17, 2017

The traverse is super fun. It flows really well and all the holds are friendly until you get to the fingerlock at the end. Figuring out the beta was a challenge as well. youtube.com/watch?v=HxTXwIh… Nov 28, 2016

Painful is an understatement. I keep ripping my knuckles and fingertips open and yet I keep coming back. Nov 4, 2012
