The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Fairly typical slab to an interesting exit on horizontals.
Location
This is the bolted line left of Leaping Creamer. Above the last bolt the route follows horizontals left then right to a crack finish.
