Description

The left side of the ledge is overhanging. At the right edge of the steepness is a big arching flake. Left of the flake is a big horny jug. Start standing (or jumping to) the jug and do a big iron cross out left and continue traversing left on crimps. Finish up on Fish Crack at the end of the face and top out on the sloper jug.
- originally this was done by starting up the big flake, which significantly adds to the pump, though most do the shortened version now or go all the way for Loadies Dream

Quite good, but I think the reverse is better because it climbs up instead of down. Both are fun though, but pretty sharp. Jul 15, 2016

Thanks for the heads-up! Guess I might want to head down in Nov or Dec in the hopes of 're-sending' this problem. Sep 10, 2010
Used to be much easier, prob v3. Some years ago, an ice climber dry tooled his way across a number of woods classics, breaking the second mail slot on Iron Cross. One used to be able to climb without use of the "Clamshell" crimper. Sep 10, 2010

Used to be the benchmark for V3 at LWoods. My first, way BITD.
I still repeat it once in a while but I grow tired of the jump start.
I give it 2.5 stars. Jul 7, 2010
